Classes target the symptoms of Parkinson's by enhancing posture and boosting coordination, strength, and balance. Participants can choose between seated and standing options, receiving assistance when necessary, and a friendly smile greets everyone as they enter the room.
Pre-booking is essential. Classes cost £60 per term (14 classes). Please get in touch for more information.
There is accessible parking available, and ramped access to the building.
