Free Seated Yoga
Our seated yoga sessions are specially designed for people living with Parkinson’s, offering a safe, gentle, and enjoyable way to improve movement and wellbeing.
Led by an experienced instructor, the classes focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, posture, breathing, and relaxation, all from the support of a chair. No previous yoga experience is needed.
