Free Gym Membership at Southampton University

Exercise is medicine, and this is why we are introducing a free membership for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’ is a progressive neurological disorder that affects movement and coordination.⁠

This membership allows all individuals in the local area who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s to access our pool, gym, fitness classes, and more free of charge.⁠

with your doctor’s note of diagnosis.⁠

If you have a carer, they can also receive a free membership to accompany you in the facility by sending their doctor’s note confirming their carer status to the same email address.⁠
