Flintshire Group Meeting

Join us at Caffi Isa Arts & Community Centre and meet other people affected by Parkinson's in the local area.

We offer Tai Chi and Boccia sessions every week, plus a cuppa and a chance to have an informal chat.

There is no need to book for any of the sessions, which cost £4 each.

Do wear comfortable clothes and you might find it useful to bring some water with you.
