Flintshire Group Meeting

Join us  at Mynydd Isa Community Centre and meet other people affected by Parkinson's in the local area.  We offer tai chi and boccia sessions every week, plus a cuppa and a chance to have an informal chat.  There is no need to book for any of the sessions, which cost £3 each.  Do wear comfortable clothes and you might find it useful to bring some water with you.
