Flexercise Eastbourne

This exercise class is suitable for people with Parkinson's of all abilities.  It is taught by a L3 Flexercise teacher with 8 years experience.

The focus of the class is on balance, keeping joints moving, cognitive, hand/eye co-ordination, strength, and generally keeping mobile.  We use a variety of apparatus including balls and resistance bands.  These are provided.

No special clothing is required but clothing should be comfortable and not restrictive.  They work in a mix of bare feet and shoes or non slip sock.

Bring a bottle of water

Partners/ carers/friends are welcome to come and watch/join in.

The class is in Broadway Church Hall, Hampden Park, Eastbourne.  Thursday afternoons 2.30 - 3.30pm term time only.

There is a car park at the back of the hall.  

Very slight slope up from the car park into the hall.  The room we use is on the ground floor.  Its step free.  Accessible toilet available.

Please contact Margaret before attending the class. The class costs £7 a session.
