Fitness Class
No need for an assessment, Rory the group trainer will give a variety of exercises to suit individual abilities.
Carers are more than welcome to participate.
There is no cost for this class.
The class runs fortnightly on a Friday.
The Support group run an identical class that runs fortnightly on a Tuesday on the weeks the Friday class doesn't run.
