Fit4Life Exercise Classes

Exercise classes led by a physiotherapist, for people with Parkinson's who need a little bit more time and guided direction. 

Join us every Tuesday at Ansty Village Centre, RH17 5AS. Please attend with a carer. 

The cost is £5 per class.
