Finding Flow - Dance for People Living with Parkinson’s, Stockton

Finding Flow is a welcoming, creative dance programme for people living with Parkinson’s and their family members, friends or carers. The sessions draw on research-evidenced benefits of dance for people with Parkinson’s, including improvements in balance, coordination, mobility, confidence and mood, as well as reduced feelings of isolation.

Sessions are inclusive and adaptable, with seated and standing options available so everyone can participate safely and at their own pace.

No prior dance experience is required and friends and family are welcome to attend.
