Feel Good Fitness Class
A welcoming, low-impact class including chair-based exercises, gentle walking, and light resistance work to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
Each session runs from 11am to 12 noon, offering one hour of light exercise followed by 30 minutes of socialising and refreshments.
A contribution of £2 per session is requested to help cover running costs.
Advanced booking is required, unfortunately we’re unable to accept walk ins.
