Exercise for Parkinson's (seated) & High Intensity Exercise for Parkinson's (standing)
- Seated class for Parkinson's - moderate intensity activity including coordination and brain training activities to stimulate the neural circuits affected by Parkinson's. Led by a Horizon Therapy assistant, trained by Power 4 Parkinson's and Love to Move (British Gymnastics).
- Standing class for Parkinson's - high intensity circuit-style class, working on strength, coordination, balance, initiation and cognitive challenge. All exercises are adapted to be suitable for those attending. Led by a PD Warrior trained Horizon Physiotherapist.
- Advance booking is required.
- £18 for a block of 3, if you are a member of PDUK Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor branch
- Register your interest with PDUK Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor branch and book your place before attending. An assessment is required before attending the standing class
- 1.30pm on Wednesdays for seated Parkinson's class
- 2.30pm on Wednesdays for standing Parkinson's class
