Exercise for Parkinson's and MS, Middlesbrough

Fun, friendly exercise for people living with Parkinson's or MS. Come along to get active, meet others, and have some fun.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

Normally Thursday, 11 - 12 at the Neptune Centre in Middlesbrough.

Booking is essential and is by referral from a health professional. You must not just show up at a class without a referral.
