Exercise class for Newly Diagnosed

If you've been diagnosed with Parkinson's recently, embracing moderate exercise at least three times a week is crucial for managing your condition. The Bracknell & District Parkinson's UK Branch offers an exercise class specifically tailored for those newly diagnosed. Held at Sunningdale Village Hall every Monday morning, these sessions not only teach the theory and practice behind Parkinson's-specific exercise programs but also provide a supportive environment to keep your symptoms steady. From 10.45am to 12.45pm, including a tea and social break, you'll have the chance to try exercises aimed at enhancing both physical and cognitive fitness, learn about key Parkinson’s management concepts, and connect with others in similar situations. Led by Rehab Specialist physiotherapist Benny Adeola, our classes incorporate training regimes from PD Warrior, LSVT BIG, PWR! Moves, among others, equipping you with the skills needed for a healthier future.
