Exercise Class
Join our Weekly (except the 4th Wednesday of the month) Parkinson's Exercise Class to enhance your mobility, strength, and balance through targeted exercises led by a specialised instructor.
The sessions are suitable for both those who can manage either seated or non-seated exercise. This session is not only about physical wellness but also offers a chance to connect with a supportive community.
- Suitable for all fitness levels and stages of Parkinson's. No experience needed.
- No special clothing needed.
- Water provided half way through the session.
At the end of the session the group can socialise over a tea/coffee and cake (for a modest charge).
Whilst the session takes place, partners/carers who don’t need/wish to stay usually go to a nearby cafe. This provides a useful opportunity for social conversation and mutual support.
