Exercise Class
Join our Weekly (except the 4th Wednesday of the month) Parkinson's Exercise Class to enhance your mobility, strength, and balance through targeted exercises led by a specialised instructor.
The sessions are suitable for both those who can manage either seated or non-seated exercise. This session is not only about physical wellness but also offers a chance to connect with a supportive community. Suitable for all fitness levels and stages of Parkinson's. No experience needed.
No special clothing needed.
Water provided half way through the session.
At the end of the session the group can socialise over a tea/coffee & cake (for a modest charge)
Whilst the session takes place partners/carers who don’t need/wish to stay usually go to a nearby cafe. This provides a useful opportunity for social conversation and mutual support.
