Exercise and Activity Sessions
These sessions run in 6 weekly blocks from 25th February to 1st April and then from 22nd April to 27th May.
There is a mix of chair exercises, line dancing, boccia -seated bowls - and Chi Me - a low impact tai-chi based exercise that improves balance, flexibility, strength and mental well being through slow mindful movements.
The sessions are suitable for all abilities and you should wear loose, comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.
The cost is £10.00 for a 6 week block of sessions and includes tea/ coffee and a scone.
