Evening Parkinson's yoga, Linthorpe

Build flexibility, balance and strength through gentle flowing movements. The class includes standing, seated and kneeling postures.

No experience needed. Beginners welcome!

Weekly on Thursday evenings from 6.30 - 7.30pm. Free.
