NHS-approved exercises for healthier ageing. Sit, stand or mix it up, with music and adaptations for all movements. These classes are suitable for most abilities and chronic conditions. Every week, we work on flexibility, stability, strength and heart & lung health. We move to music and learn what happens to the body as we age, and what we can do to stay mobile and independent. All movements have practical applications in everyday life. Just wear comfortable clothing and closed, non-slip footwear.
