Dose of Dance: Movement for Wellbeing

Dose of Dance is fun and sociable creative movement session led by experienced dance practitioners. Suitable for people living with long term health conditions - including Parkinson’s, dementia, stroke - and anyone looking to improve their fitness, mobility, health & wellbeing.

Every Friday 2.30pm – 3.30pm

Jo Williams Clinic, Maurice Shock Building (Lower Ground Floor), University of Leicester, University Road, Leicester LE1 7RH

Come along, move well, meet new friends and have fun in a safe environment. Carers and friends welcome. 

£5 per person (please bring cash)

Street parking available on University Road or at De Montfort Hall.
