Dancing @ Home - Online

Held on Zoom, Dancing @ Home is an online dance session for people with Parkinson's led by Katie Kelsey and Jackie Fowler - both dance for Parkinson's trained instructors.

It's a class for any age and ability. We have a variety of music and dance styles. Some dances are seated and some standing, but all can be adapted to stay sitting if needed.

We are a friendly, fun group, and it's a chance to get to meet other people with Parkinson's.

Cost: £5 per session
