Dancercise
These classes last 45 minutes and consist of a warm up routine, 4-5 dance/movement routines to music and cool down/stretch.
There are seated and standing options and the class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
The classes are free for 3 months. Book early as places are limited.
