Focusing on specially selected movement from various dance genres to engage the participants’ minds and bodies. The instructor has been a Dance for Parkinson’s practitioner for the past 9 years and delivers these classes at various organisation in Scotland, including Scottish Ballet.

A professional musician accompanies the class and delivers the Voice/Sing component of the class.
