Dance with Parkinson's Winchcombe

Led by Community Dance Lead Sarah Hartley, classes are a friendly, inclusive environment where those living with Parkinson's can immerse themselves in the wonderful world of dance. Creative, energising and fun classes to help with balance, posture and fluidity of movement. Sessions are a mix of seated and standing dance. Refreshments are provided after the class.

First two sessions are FREE! (Cost: £5 thereafter). Bring a friend for no charge (a donation for refreshments is appreciated).

Classes run weekly as follows:

Mondays 2pm - 3.30pm at Abbey Fields Community Centre Back Lane Winchcombe GL54 5QH

(half term break on Mon 17th Feb, last session before Easter on Mon 14th April)
