Dance for Parkinson’s, Sleaford

This relaxed dance class focuses on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises. The whole class can be done seated if desired and adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. The class is led by our highly trained dance team. 

Cost: £5.50 per person. Partners/carers are welcome to take part free of charge.

The session is made up of 45 minutes of dance-based exercise and 30 minutes of social time with refreshments included.

No experience necessary, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
