Dance for Parkinson's (Self Care Programme), Angus

Join Scottish Ballet’s renowned dance health programmes for free, at weekly dance sessions .

Every Tuesday 1.30-3pm in person and online in Arbroath.

Led by our experienced Dance Health artists, these interactive classes will be delivered in person and online, featuring gentle movements inspired by Scottish Ballet’s repertoire, and uplifting live music. They improve balance, spatial awareness, confidence and fluidity of movement.

No dance experience is required, and the movement is fully adaptable to meet your needs. These sessions are seated with the option to stand if desired and you are welcome to bring along a companion.

You do not need to be able to join every class and you are welcome to join at any time during the programme.
