Dance with Parkinson's Exmouth

Dance and music is a proven way to enhance balance, coordination and memory for people living with Parkinson’s

Sessions are supported by Parkinson’s UK and led by Philly, an experienced Dance for Parkinson’s facilitator

The class runs from 11:30am - 12:30pm with the option to stay for coffee and socialise after in the cafe. The session will be a mix of seated and optional standing dance based exercises, with a 6 week programme inspired by a particular theme which will be developed over the weeks (such as decades, musicals, dance styles, etc)

£3 per session, which includes a companion/carer. This can be paid week by week, or booked for each whole ‘6 week block’ and can be paid by cash or card in person or online via BACS
