Dance for Parkinson’s is coming to Alnwick with a brand new class starting in January 2026!

Delivered by Pelican Theatre, these warm and welcoming sessions with specialist artists offer a place to meet with others, exercise, and get creative.

No experience needed.

Open to anyone with Parkinson’s or other Neurological Conditions and those supporting them.

Then head along to Pelican Theatre's Dance for Parkinson’s sessions!

Sessions can be taken seated throughout, or seated and standing.

Fridays, 2-3pm.
