Dance for Parkinson's

Dance and movement to music class for people living with Parkinson's disease and their partners/carers.

The class involves seated exercises to a wide variety of music, and at the end of the class there is the option to do some of the exercises standing if participants feel able to on the day.

Our current participants really enjoy the class and the wide variety of musical styles, and say that they feel the class really helps with their fluidity of movement, stability and balance.

It is a lovely friendly, welcoming and encouraging group and no dance experience is necessary.

The class is led by Claire Tabraham, a highly qualified and experienced dance teacher with specific training in Dance for Parkinson's.

When: Tuesdays, 11am to 12 noon (during term time)
Where: Emmanuel Church, Eastbourne
Cost: £7 per session
