Dance for Parkinson’s
- A 30-minute dance class run by Steph Still, a professional dancer and MSc in Clinical Exercise.
- Steph is a Cancer Exercise Specialist (MSc Clinical Exercise Science) and former professional dancer. She delivers creative, evidence-based dance and exercise sessions for people living with Parkinson’s, cancer, and stroke. Her experience includes teaching PD Warrior and Pilates classes with Parkinson’s UK and supporting a Ballroom Fitness Week with Elisabeth Dalsgaard (founder of PD Ballroom Fitness). Steph’s classes focus on movement for strength, balance, and joy, helping participants feel more confident and connected through dance.
- These classes are free of charge thanks to funding from Parkinson's UK.
Partners/carers are welcome to join in. - Classes are delivered via zoom
- Sessions are also recorded and available to watch in the Bounce Back Exercise online library (members only)
