Dance for Parkinson's

Come and be part of a dance community where everyone is welcome.

Our Parkinson's Dance Classes are designed to boost your energy, keep you motivated, and restore confidence while enhancing your physical, mental, and social well-being. Led by expert instructors in Leeds and Bradford, the classes provide both in-person and online sessions for individuals with Parkinson's, caregivers, and family members.

Classes are structured to target the symptoms of Parkinson's by enhancing posture and boosting coordination, strength, and balance. Participants can choose between seated and standing options, receiving assistance when necessary, and a friendly smile greets everyone as they enter the room.

Pre-booking is essential, and classes cost £6 per session (pay as you go), or £60 per term (14 classes). Please get in touch for more details.

Accessible parking is available, and there is level access to the building.
