Dance for Health

Numerous studies have indicated that dance can help people live well with Parkinson's. This implies that tailored dance classes, designed to enhance balance, coordination, and overall mobility, may yield consequential advantages for individuals affected by Parkinson's.

Furthermore, cultivating a sense of community and joy through engagement in dance activities can profoundly and meaningfully influence the lives of those living with Parkinson's.

The class starts seated with a warm-up, and then we will work with creative practice using tools from dance, such as improvisation.

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

It is available to everyone! No previous dance knowledge or experience is needed.
