CrossFit Fitness classes

Join us at CrossFit Warrington and witness the incredible resilience and strength of our adaptive athletes! Their determination and spirit redefine what’s possible, proving that CrossFit isn’t just about physical fitness—it’s about overcoming obstacles, building confidence, and thriving as part of a supportive community.

Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of physical restrictions. The term “adaptive athlete” refers to individuals with various physical or neuromuscular conditions, such as stroke survivors, amputees, wheelchair users, and those with other long-term conditions that prevent participation in ordinary sports.
