CrossFit Fitness classes

Looking for a way to move, get stronger, and feel good in a supportive environment? Our adaptive CrossFit classes at CrossFit Warrington are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and fitness—whatever your starting point.

Our adaptive athletes show every day that fitness isn’t about limitations. It’s about finding what you can do, overcoming challenges, and enjoying exercise as part of a welcoming community.

These classes are open to anyone who may have physical or neurological challenges that make traditional exercise classes difficult. This includes (but isn’t limited to) people living with the effects of stroke, Parkinson’s, limb difference, wheelchair users, and those with long-term conditions.
