Creative Health Djembe Workshops

Wooden Roots are running Djembe workshops allowing you to take part in African drumming classes. 

This combines musical therapy with physical activity, allowing people to exercise through music. 

All instruments are provided, with free parking and refreshments and medication breaks included.

Attendees £10, with carers and partners encouraged to participate for £5.
