Connect and Move at LORAG Belfast

We've partnered with LORAG at the Shaftesbury Community Recreation Centre in Belfast to develop a fabulous 12 week programme for people living with Parkinson's.

It's designed to introduce you to movement and exercise, but it also has a social aspect where you can connect with others living with Parkinson's too. 

There will be a wide variety of physical activity taster sessions, as well as a chance to get involved in outdoor gardening and woodworking. There will also be social time to chat and have a cuppa too. 

This 12 week programme is free and places are limited.
