Conductive Education - Free Taster Session

Conductive Education can help with techniques and strategies to overcome challenges that Parkinson's presents, such as:

  • Gain greater understanding and control over movements
  • Strategies to control tremor and rigidity
  • Improve mobility, balance, posture and coordination
  • Increase confidence
  • Help with speech and facial expression
  • Keep a dynamic lifestyle as long as possible

Conductive Education works best in groups, as it encourages individuals to help and learn from each other, stay motivated, and learn social interaction skills.

The fully accessible teashop is open where friends and family can wait during your session. Parking is limited onsite, so please use nearby spaces at Henfield Library.

1.5 hour sessions are bookable from 10.30am to 5pm. Please select your preferred session time on the booking form and we will contact you by Friday 10 October to confirm your time slot.
