Complimentary Everyone Active Gym Membership - Petersfield
This is an ongoing multisite membership that includes Gym, lane and public swimming, and group exercise classes.
Individuals will be asked to follow the join online process, on our Parkinson’s landing page www.everyoneactive.com/parkinsons. A join in-centre option is also available for additional support. Click on the link and then go through the following steps:
- Visit the Parkinson’s Landing Page
- Use the centre finder- type in the centre or town nearest or use the “Use my Location” feature
- Confirm your Parkinson’s membership
- Add your basic details
- Online induction is required before using the facilities.
You can pick up an everyone active card and provide proof document on their first visit. Proof of Parkinson’s is required on the individuals first visit to the centre.
Individuals living with Parkinson’s can nominate up to 3 carers that will be linked to their membership. The 3 nominated people can be amended at any point. Carers are welcome to access the facilities while they’re with the person they support. The carers memberships can only be obtained in-centre and will last for 3 months. This can be renewed after the 3 months.
