Complementary therapies
This activity is run by Parkinson's UK

Complementary Therapy Group

Complementary therapies aim to treat the whole person - mind, body and spirit - rather than just symptoms.  Carers can also benefit from complementary therapies as they're a great way to take time out and reduce stress. For people with Parkinson's and (if space permits) their carers.

Come and join us for a social chat in the cafe and reflexology and massage session.

Please arrive at 10 minutes prior to your appointed time or alternatively come for the whole session and make it a social occasion.

Have a drink and a chat while waiting for your treatment. The cost is £5 per person. The sessions need to be pre-booked and a health questionnaire needs to be completed before any treatment could be offered.
