Cognition Cafe

Our Cognition Cafe provides activities known to be positive for brain health, memory, thinking, problem solving and concentration in a relaxed and informal format.

It is a social group, offering a choice of games, puzzles, quizzes, and art/craft activities. The group is led by a qualified, experienced Occupational Therapist, Dawn, who ensures that the activities are accessible to everyone and that everyone is taken good care of.

The group is open to anyone who is looking to improve or maintain their brain health and cognitive functioning, partners and carers are very welcome.

There is no need to book, it is an open, drop-in group with a relaxed format. Free tea, coffee and biscuits served.
