Challenge Parkinson's

Challenge Parkinson's is an exercise programme based on PD warrior principles.

This 10 week course with support materials and entry/exit assessments, is made up of weekly 60 minute challenging exercise classes in a small group setting.

PD Warrior initial assessment and materials cost is £170.

Weekly sessions cost is £10 each.
