Chair Yoga for those living with Parkinson’s

My specialised classes are thoughtfully designed to address the unique needs of individuals facing Parkinson’s challenges. Offering a supportive space, physical and emotional wellbeing, Zoey Wren Yoga is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those with Parkinson's through therapeutic yoga practice.

Zoey Wren, an experienced and qualified instructor, adapts traditional Yoga poses, incorporating gentle movements and focusing on balance and flexibility. These classes aim to improve motor skills, reduce stiffness and promote a sense of calm amidst the challenges of Parkinson’s. Embrace the sense of community and understanding as you embark on this transformative journey.

My services provide a welcoming environment, where individuals with Parkinson’s can connect, share experiences and find strengths in their shared pursuits of wellbeing.

£10 per person, carers free.

What to bring: Water bottle, soft clothing, a blanket and bare feet.
