Carers Together, Middlesbrough

Do you look after a relative, friend or neighbour?

Does the person you care for and support have:

  • a disability
  • an illness or health condition
  • a mental health problem
  • age related difficulties
  • an alcohol or drug problem

If you need help, support or information contact Carers Together to talk confidentially to someone who understands your situation.

Carers Together provides information and support for carers aged 18 and over, individually and in groups. This can be from their premises, in the local community venues, at home or by phone, text or email.

Their services help carers with any issues they may face, including finances, health problems, housing, training, employment, taking a break from caring or concerns about the person they care for.
