Give your life a LIFT. LIFT (Low Intensity Functional Training) is a series of fun physical activities specifically for older people to take part in.
The class can be done seated or from a standing position and can help improve daily function and movement.
There are many benefits from being regularly active including increasing flexibility, balance, confidence and co-ordination.
