Cardiff Group Meeting

We offer information and support to people affected by Parkinson's in a group setting.

We hold monthly meetings with guest speakers and activities.

We also have several cafes attached to the Branch, as well as exercise classes.

For 2026 the dates are:

27th Jan, 24th Feb, 24th March, 28th April, 26th May, 23rd June, 28th July, 25th Aug, 22nd Sept, 27th Oct, 24th Nov, 22nd Dec (tbc).
