Cambridge Branch monthly meeting

At our group meetings, we offer information, friendship and support to local people affected by Parkinson's, their families and carers. We usually have a guest speaker presentation followed by a soup and sandwich lunch.

Join us at the David Rayner Building, Scotsdales Garden Centre, Cambridge Road, Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22 5JT on the fourth Friday of each month from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

  • 28 June: Mark Bradford, cathedral guide, on the history and work of Ely Cathedral.
  • 26th July Georgina Sait on ‘Parkinson’s UK Campaigns, Local and National’
  • 23 August: Branch meeting, speakers Karen Woodley, partner governor, and Chris White, staff governor, of CU NHS Foundation Trust: 'Insights and updates from Addenbrooke's and the Rosie Hospitals’ 
  • 27 September: Speaker, Monica Konrad on ‘Complementary Therapies’
  • 25 October: Branch meeting, speaker John Pettigrew; Senior Product Manager at Trusted Tech, Parkinson’s UK: “How Parkinson’s UK can help you make sense of devices and apps”.
