Specialised exercise class for people with Parkinson’s led by a qualified fitness instructor with specialist training in Parkinson’s.

Suitable for everyone.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

The cost is £34.00 per 4 weeks. A trial session is £8.50.
