Our drop in coffee mornings take place at the Sportsman Pub on the site of the Withdean Sports Complex, and run alongside our physio led exercise classes in the Training Room.
The drop in runs on the first Tuesday of the month from 10.30am to 12 noon and provides the opportunity to chat to others affected by Parkinson's in a friendly environment.
The drop in runs during term time only. Please get in touch to check when the next meeting is.
