Boxing Well Parkinson's sessions, Blyth

Boxing Well are delighted to be holding weekly sessions for people living with Parkinson’s, with funding provided by Parkinson’s UK.

No experience is needed and the classes are non-contact - i.e. you won’t be punching each other! The experienced coaches use boxing-inspired drills and techniques to help with mobility, balance, and confidence. Everything is tailored to your needs and is designed to be supportive and encouraging for all.

Everyone is welcome - there are options to remain seated while working out, for those less able to stand.

Do come along and give it a try. You will receive a warm welcome!

Cost: Free of charge.

Partners/carers also welcome.

Thursday mornings from 11am to 12 noon at Empire School of Boxing, 339 Cowpen Road, Blyth, NE24 5JW.
