Boxing Training Sheffield

This is an hour long boxing training exercise session to develop speed, agility and general fitness led by Mick Crofts, a strength and conditioning trainer. It is aimed at people living with Parkinson's so come along and have some fun and get fit at the same time!

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

We meet at Fitness Zoo Gym, Unit 16, Leigh Street, Sheffield S9 2PR, weekly on Wednesdays from 10am to 11am. This is an industrial estate, please watch out closely for the sign that points you to the Fitness Zoom Gym, as the SatNav can take you past the entrance.

Booking is required. To book your place, please contact Mick Crofts using the details under Primary Contact.

Our classes are free to attend, but they can only continue with your support. To help cover running costs and keep these sessions going, we suggest a monthly donation of £10. This covers your attendance at any of the Sheffield Support group classes for the whole of the month. Every contribution makes a real difference.
