Running on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at City of Hereford Boxing Academy Unit D 5 Harrow Road Hereford  HR4 0EH a fun and friendly exercise group Boxing for Parkinsons - it aims to improve agility, co ordination and balance increse strength abd build confidence.
