Running on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at City of Hereford Boxing Academy, Unit D, 5 Harrow Road, Hereford, HR4 0EH.

A fun and friendly exercise group, Boxing for Parkinson's, which aims to improve agility, coordination and balance, increase strength and build confidence. Please book before attending by emailing [email protected].

The cost is £5 per session.
