Boxing

Box clever and fight back with our structured non-contact boxing Exercise training Program with specific moves to help improve: 

  • stiffness - warm up muscle stretching 
  • power and strength - hitting heavy bags
  • footwork & drills hand eye coordination - punching speed bags  
  • cognitive processing

There are two classes available for beginners and intermediate levels. Please wear clothing you will be comfortable moving around in, and contact Chanelle to confirm availability and make a booking.
